Slow cooking Thursday



This week I found a recipe for Slow cooker Pumpkin Pie pudding. I havn't tried it yet, but i plan on making it some night this week. This sounds so yummy!!!

Pumpkin Pie Pudding


Makes 4-6 servings

15-oz can solid pack pumpkin
12-oz can evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup bisquick
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
whipped cream (optional-for topping)

Mix together all ingredients except whipped cream. Pour into greased slow cooker. cover and cook on low 6-7 hours. Serve with whipped topping.

that does sound yummy! and I think I have all the ingredients except the pumpkin. I'll pick that up this weekend and give it a try!
